The scope, start date and renewal date are agreed before payment. Any applicable tax or separate third-party licence, integration or subscription charge is shown before you agree to pay. Extra work needs a separate agreement.
Cancel before the next renewal
Use the contact form to request cancellation. Send the request before your next renewal. I confirm it and stop the next renewal. The service stays available through the billing month already paid for.
Ordinary cancellation does not include a pro-rata refund for the unused part of that month. Payment errors, service complaints and other refund requests follow the cancellation and refund policy.
Keep your completed website
Your completed website remains yours, and you can move it to a different host. Third-party software, plugin licences and services remain subject to their own terms; a licence supplied with this hosting service may need replacing when you move.
