Privacy notice
Last updated: 11 October 2026.
Zuberi AI Ltd, DIFC company number 14409, is responsible for the information collected through this website. Our registered office and postal contact are on the business details page.
Information I use
The contact form asks for your name, email address, enquiry type and message. A business name is optional. You decide what to include. Do not submit passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information.
The website and mail infrastructure can also process basic connection information, such as an IP address, request time and delivery status, to serve the site, prevent abuse and troubleshoot failures.
Why I use it
I use enquiry information to respond, discuss a requested service, provide support, handle cancellation or billing questions and resolve complaints. Where needed, I also use records to administer an agreed service, meet legal obligations and protect the service against abuse. I do not sell enquiry information or add you to marketing lists through this form.
The basis for handling a requested project or existing service is taking steps towards, or carrying out, our agreement. My legitimate interests in answering other enquiries and protecting the service support handling general questions and basic security information. Records required by law are kept to meet those obligations, including applicable accounting and tax requirements.
Submitting an enquiry is voluntary. Name, email address, topic and message are required to handle and reply to it; without them the form cannot be submitted. You can use the postal contact instead. There is no automated decision-making about your eligibility for the service through this form.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are handled through our managed mail infrastructure. Hosting, website delivery and email providers process the information needed to deliver those services. Access is limited to people and systems needed to handle the enquiry or agreed service. Depending on the provider and hosting location, information may be processed outside the UAE.
I retain information for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry or service and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. The criteria are whether the request is still open, whether a customer agreement continues, and whether the record is needed for accounting, tax or an unresolved dispute. Enquiry records that no longer serve these purposes are removed.
Cookies and payments
This public website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. It does not collect payment card details. Any later payment request is handled separately through the agreed payment provider, which supplies its own privacy information.
Questions and rights
To ask about your information or request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy, choose Privacy request on the contact form, or write to the registered office. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are handled under applicable law, including any record-keeping requirements.
You may complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection.
Data handling for a client’s hosted website is agreed separately; this notice covers this business website and its enquiries.
